Frank is only getting a routine checkup, but his doctor Akira can't help but chuckle when she sees how little he is in his inadequate and embarrassingly short medical gown. But hey, we all have those moments when our outfits don't quite measure up, right?

Male patient, age 23, with a body that is really quite little and short; Akira was totally shaken by his youthful appearance, like, she couldn't even believe he's a grown man! Akira examines Frank quickly to get a feel for his health and discovers that there is just a 5-inch space between his hospital gown and the floor. His arm span is almost as long as a ruler, which makes it hard to imagine that he is only 23 years old. Using a medical measuring tape, the doctor figures that Frank's biceps are 9 to 9 and a half inches in circumference (notice that this is already the maximum limit since he is already flexing his biceps). She finds it so odd to have such a tiny patient that she measures her own arms as a point of reference, and it turns out, they're a modest 11 inches when at rest, but a whopping 12 and a half when flexed!

Intrigued by her patient's non-existent buff arms, they spontaneously engage in an arm wrestling match, perched atop the medical bed. Akira is pumped to meet her patient, showing off her impressive muscles that could probably crush Frank's without breaking a sweat. Science is about to get real!

In his initial attempt, Frank clearly loses the arm wrestling match as his doctor's strong, muscular arms easily overpower his left arm. With nerves popping and veins already visible on his skin, Frank desperately tries to wrestle his doctor's arm, but ultimately, he still ends up losing. While wearing a stethoscope, Doc Akira listens to Frank's heartbeat, which quickens and intensifies as they engage in a neck-and-neck arm wrestling match. Despite Frank's efforts, he struggles to gain control of his doctor's strong arms. Her formidable strength overpowers him, causing her to effortlessly knock his arm over multiple times.

At this point, even if Frank desperately tries his hardest to defeat his own doctor's strong arms, he just can't win over her in any way possible, getting fully dominated by such muscular arm power. Kissing her muscular flexed beefy arms and biceps is what Frank can at least do to at least better save himself from extreme embarrassment...
