It’s your first day working under Sierra’s janitorial company that contracts with a hospital. She offers a host of cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing surfaces and sterilizing the operating rooms with chlorine. Sierra demonstrates each function wearing the correct PPE until she reaches the chlorination part.

This video offers a branching storyline where in one scenario, you the viewer wear your gas mask, but due to a defect, Sierra must rescue you from the chlorine gas.
